We open with a flashback of last week when Sigmon ruined the return of King Shane Williams in TCW and the Rock N'Roll Express being defeated by the Empire with help from Matt Riviera. On to this week's episode!

Matt Rhodes and Brian Thompson kick off the show in the ring. They tell us Lance Hoyt will take on Scott Phoenix tonight and the winner will face Tim Storm for the TCW Heavyweight Title. Cerebus will also take on Vordell Walker tonight. Lastly, John Saxon will be in action against Sigmon coming off the loss in the best of seven series against Kincaid. Time for the intro where we are reminded once again that WRESTLING IS BACK!

Sigmon takes on John Saxon in our opener. Sigmon forces John Saxon to submit after a lengthy battle.

^ That one gets ***1/4 for very impressive action. Great back and forth wrestling match to start us out. Sigmon continues to come into his own and has a bright future in the ranks of TCW. Saxon's losing streak goes on and the storyline should be pretty interesting.

Saxon is taunted after the match by Steve Anthony. He calls Saxon old and washed up before suggesting that he leave wrestling forever. Nice potential renewed rivalry here.

Titan and Lily are shown backstage and she is loaded with sexual inuendos before telling him that they've catered the best BBQ in Missippi. He gets excited for it. She opens the door for it and gets a face in the pie from Michael Tarver. Titan and Tarver brawl. Funny segment. Simple and sets up a potentially interesting match.

A highlight video is shown of Hacksaw Jim Duggan's time in TCW. Nothing but respect for him. It's announced that he will face Prince Al Farat on next week's show!

Cerebus w/Boyd Bradford takes on Vordell Walker. Sigmon comes down and distracts the ref and Vordell gets caught in it too. Cerebus hits the euthenizer on Walker off the distraction for the three count.

^Awesome brawl AND wrestling match! Easily ***3/4 for quality old school action. I love this show!

The TCW World Tag Team Champions, Genetic Perfection, come to the ring with Rich Rude. Nice to see Steel and Barry back together as champs entertaining the crowd. They cut a promo and get a TCW chant from the crowd. Their tag belts remind me of the 1987 WWF Title that Hulk Hogan wore in terms of shape, but they also remind me of the old school Smoky Mountain Wrestling Tag Belts too. Alan Steel sings "we are the champions" for part of his promo. He says the Hounds of Hell were scared of them and with good reason. Boyd Bradford with Kincaid comes to the ring. Boyd says the belts belong to the Bradford Family and the Hounds of Hell. Kincaid goes to get in the ring but the Hounds of Hell come from the crowd and attack the champs and their manager. They knock Rude out with ether on a cloth and "kidnap" him. Awesome scene to hype this rivalry!

Lance Hoyt takes on Scott Phoenix in our main event! Hoyt wins a lengthy and competitive match with the blackout finisher. Hoyt is the new number one contender to face Tim Storm.

^Lance Hoyt is one of the best moving big men I've ever seen in the ring. I wonder why WWE has never bothered to scoop him up. GREAT ***1/2 main event to close out the night!

It's unbelievable to me that there is another wrestling show outside of Ring of Honor that delivers quality action and storylines on a consistent basis with the territory style business savy. One of the best shows yet that I've seen from TCW.
